5. Physical Goods
Our goods include curated welcome kits and printed materials shipped to the address you provide. Shipment terms and any handling charges will be specified at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by service type:
6.1 Elite Apartment Curation Services
If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, we will issue a full refund of any paid fees. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior, we will refund 50% of paid fees. No refunds are available if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start date. However, you may request a change of appointment date by contacting us at contact form up to 3 days before the scheduled start date.
6.2 Information Products
Since info products are delivered immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been sent. If you experience technical issues, please reach out via contact form within 7 days of purchase for support.
6.3 Physical Goods
You may request a refund for physical goods within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, send the unused items to our office at Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Scheduling and Transfers
Appointments for Elite apartment curation services may be rescheduled free of charge up to 3 days before the original date. Requests received less than 3 days before may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service fee or may be treated as a late cancellation under Section 6.1.
